Easy Returns for Wrong Product or Fitment Issues

If you receive:

  • A wrong phone model cover
  • A wrong design
  • A cover with fitment issues

👉 Please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

What happens next:

  • We verify the issue
  • The correct cover is delivered to you
  • No additional product cost is charged

This ensures you get exactly what you ordered, without hassle.


Exchange If You Don’t Like the Cover

If the product is correct but:

  • You didn’t like the design
  • You changed your mind after delivery

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once the returned cover passes quality checks, the new cover will be shipped.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and undamaged
  • No scratches, cracks, or signs of wear
  • Original packaging should be intact

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

To initiate a request:

  • Email us with your Order ID
  • Share clear images of the product, if requested

Timelines You Should Know

  • Requests must be raised within the mentioned time windows
  • Approved exchanges are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location

Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 3 or 7 days may not be accepted
  • This policy applies only to purchases made on the Studcase website
  • StudCase reserves the right to refuse requests if conditions are not met
