Easy Returns for Wrong Product or Fitment Issues
If you receive:
- A wrong phone model cover
- A wrong design
- A cover with fitment issues
👉 Please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
What happens next:
- We verify the issue
- The correct cover is delivered to you
- No additional product cost is charged
This ensures you get exactly what you ordered, without hassle.
Exchange If You Don’t Like the Cover
If the product is correct but:
- You didn’t like the design
- You changed your mind after delivery
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Once the returned cover passes quality checks, the new cover will be shipped.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- No scratches, cracks, or signs of wear
- Original packaging should be intact
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To initiate a request:
- Email us with your Order ID
- Share clear images of the product, if requested

Timelines You Should Know
- Requests must be raised within the mentioned time windows
- Approved exchanges are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location

- Requests raised after 3 or 7 days may not be accepted
